Xtractek, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER & DELIVERY TIME
All orders placed with Xtractek, LLC can take 2-3 business days to process and ship after payment has been received. Tracking numbers will be provided after your order has been processed and will remain available through your online account. We may contact you after your order has been placed; please check your email you have provided for any updates.
Xtractek, LLC cannot and will not guarantee order arrival date. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Xtractek, LLC is an estimate. Xtractek, LLC encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, or product availability or lack of availability.
Xtractek, LLC accepts the following forms of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, Paypal, personal checks, cashier’s check, money orders, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. We accept the following credit /debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for a 2.5% processing fee.
The maximum cash that we are able to receive is $2,000 per order. Price exceeding $2,000 must be paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Personal Check, Company Check in U.S. Dollars only.
When purchasing from Xtractek, LLC, you agree to pay Xtractek, LLC in full as identified on the Purchase order.
The price for the purchase of products and the corresponding costs for shipping, delivery, and/or tax, as indicated in the Purchase Order, will be charged to your chosen identified payment method.
Any fraudulent claims and credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Prices (if any) indicated on each product page or in a Purchase Order are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change.
CHECK YOUR ORDER!
From the day it is delivered by the tracking number provided, the buyer has 48 hours to check and inspect the package. Any missing pieces must be reported during this time period, otherwise Xtractek, LLC will not be held responsible. If anything is missing, please call us at email@example.com
Xtractek, LLC ships internationally. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping quote.
Note: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.
DAMAGED ITEMS FROM SHIPMENT
If your shipment is clearly damaged during transit, refuse the package and have the driver document any and all damage to the package. Xtractek, LLC cannot take responsibility for obviously damaged shipments that are accepted and signed for. For damaged, rejected shipments, Xtractek, LLC will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement once the damage inspection is complete. -If there has been damage to your shipment that is not evident on the outside of the packaging, please contact us within 5 days of the arrival of your shipment for instructions. Please be prepared to provide photos of the inside and outside of the packaging and damaged items. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, all packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
All Xtractek, LLC parts are sold individually from various manufacturers & are not tested for fitment or function.
Note: This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, unauthorized alteration or repairs or consumable products.

Manufacture warranty is included with purchases of all products.
Glassware DOES NOT have warranties. Glassware may have minute blemishes that will not affect the function. If you believe there are imperfections on your glassware, please contact us.
Xtractek, LLC may request that the item is shipped back to our facility for examination or repair. In this event, you, the purchaser will be asked to carefully pack the unit and return it.
Warranty repairs that are found to be defective due to the material or workmanship, the defective part will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
Proof of Purchase is your original invoice which should be retained in the event that a warranty claim is necessary or a return is made.
By placing an order with Xtractek, LLC either online, in-store, or via phone, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies. Note: Returns must meet ALL criteria.
Xtractek, LLC does not accept returns on glassware or opened containers of any fluids.
We do NOT accept returns for customized items. Xtractek, LLC in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
You have 14 calendar days from the date your shipment was delivered to get a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number through our Return Merchandise Authorization system and return the goods to the possession of Xtractek, LLC. If the item is returned during this time frame, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For products verified to be defective, Xtractek, LLC will supply a prepaid shipping label along with an RMA number.
Purchases made in the store must be returned within 14 calendar days, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
Products should be returned unused and in the original condition, they were received. This includes all accessories, manuals, manufacturer’s crate/boxes, packing materials, etc. Returns received that have been used or with missing components or modifications will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. You will be responsible to ensure adequate packaging on all return shipments. If the shipment is damaged in transit to Xtractek, LLC, you will be responsible for the loss of any non-defective items.
For non-defective products, a 30% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of the initial shipment and return shipment. For products verified to be defective, Xtractek, LLC will be responsible for your return shipment and the shipment of replacement items.
If a defect is found to not be the fault of Xtractek, LLC, warranty work will be quoted and authorized by the customer, to be paid by our accepted payment methods. The unit will be repaired and shipped back to the customer within 14 business days from the time of customer authorization.
Shipping freight charges for work not performed under warranty is the customer’s responsibility and will be provided in the warranty repair work quote.
The unit will be considered “abandoned” after 45 days following notification of repair options and may be re-purposed or discarded.
All warranties are void on all of our equipment that is used with power converters, or when they come standard as 110/120V power and are used outside the US or Canada no exceptions. All warranties are also void if plugged into the wrong outlet and your equipment blows a fuse. Owning a power converter does not mean it can handle the load necessary to operate our electronics safely. Please inquire with Xtractek, LLC prior to purchase to see if we approve the converter.
Xtractek, LLC reserves the right not to accept and process orders that do not comply with our business policies.
All products sold by Xtractek, LLC are intended for legal purposes only.
Products ordered on xtractek.com may be shipped only to physical addresses excluding P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
In no event shall Xtractek, LLC or its agents and affiliates be liable to you for any punitive, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind or character, including but not limited to, loss of use of production facilities or equipment, lost profits or revenue, property damage (including property damage arising out of causes of action based on strict liability), damages to person, expenses incurred in reliance on Xtractek, LLC performance hereunder, or lost production, whether suffered by you or any third party.
Xtractek, LLC charges 2.5% on all credit card transactions for transactions processed in-house.
All content included on this Website or in connection with the products, such as works, images, pictures, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts, designs, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Xtractek, LLC and is protected by national and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the Content without the prior express written consent of Xtractek, LLC.
